Though based in Vancouver and Montreal for the last 15 years, Rahul's roots remain firmly in Pimpalgaon, Ambegaon Taluka, where he grew up watching the thunderous Ghat Sharyat every summer. This childhood connection to the soil is what fuels his current cinematic mission.

A graduate of the New York Film Academy (NYFA) and trained in screenwriting at Michigan State University (USA), Rahul is a member of the Screen Writers Association (SWA) in Mumbai. He spent over a decade in North America collaborating on some of the most ambitious productions in cinema history.
